Tickets can be scanned from your mobile phone. Please ensure your Ticketmaster account has the correct email and mobile phone number, for tickets that will be delivered electronically. If you have purchased tickets as a gift, please log in to your MyTicketmaster account and use the Ticket Forward option to send mobile tickets to your gift recipient.
If you are collecting tickets from the Box Office, the card holder must be present with the payment card used for the booking and a government-issued photo ID on the day of your selected performance only. The Box Office opens 1.5 hours prior to showtime.

We recommend you arrive at a minimum 30 minutes early to allow time to check in and make your way to your seat with plenty of time to enjoy the pre-show entertainment in the auditorium. A lockout period applies.
Theatre bars open for drinks and snacks 1.5 hour prior to the show and at interval.
GETTING HERE
Sydney Lyric Theatre is located in Pyrmont and is easily accessible via public transport, taxi or car with ample parking nearby. Plan your journey by calling 131 500 or visit Sydney Transport Info website.
The Sydney Lyric Theatre welcomes patrons with special needs and disabilities. For more information on passenger drop off points, disability access and parking please vist the Sydney Lyric’s website for accessibility info.
Sydney Lyric is a 20-minute walk from Town Hall Station, or you can get off at Central Station and transfer to the Light Rail.
Buses stop in front of The Star, or nearby in Pyrmont. Services include the 389 Bondi Junction to Pyrmont or the 501 Parramatta to Central via Pyrmont.
The L1 Dulwich Hill Line stops at The Star. Alight and follow the signs to the Sydney Lyric.
The F4 Pyrmont Bay service stops at Pyrmont Bay Wharf and is a five-minute walk to the theatre.
Taxis and rideshare services are readily available outside The Star.
